Room for everyone
Two and three-bedroom apartments mean the family stays together instead of scattered across three hotel rooms.

Home / Coming home
You are here for weeks, with family, with things to do. Ridge Condos is built for that kind of stay — a real apartment in the middle of Kumasi, with a hotel attached.
For visitors coming home
People who come back to Kumasi rarely come for a weekend. They come for a funeral, a wedding, a building project, a piece of land, a mother who has not seen the grandchildren. They come for three weeks and they bring people with them.
A hotel room is the wrong shape for that visit. You end up eating out every night, taking calls in the corridor, and booking three rooms when what you needed was one apartment.
We built seventy-four residences for exactly this. Cook when you want to. Put the children in their own room. Receive the family who will inevitably arrive. And when nobody wants to cook, the restaurant is downstairs and the sky bar is up top.

Cook what you actually want to eat. Every apartment from one bedroom upward has a fitted kitchen or kitchenette.

Relatives will come to you. The lounge, the restaurant and the pool deck mean you can host without turning your room into a waiting area.
The practical part
Long-stay rates fall from seven nights and again at thirty. Most visits home are longer than a hotel is priced for — ours are not.
Gated, with security on duty around the clock and parking inside. Leave your things and go about your business.
And five from Kejetia and the centre. Close to Manhyia, close to family, close to whatever brought you.
Reception never closes. Flights arrive late and plans change — neither is a problem here.
Before you travel
Send your dates and how many of you there are. If the stay is long, say so — the rate changes.
Stay in touch
Occasional emails only — long-stay offers, what is on at Altitude and Terminal 3, and news from the property. No more than once a month.
