Booking & rates
What does a night cost?
Rooms start at GH₵ 1,000 a night for a Phase 1 Standard Room and run to GH₵ 4,000 for a three-bedroom apartment. Every rate on this site is the direct rate — book with us and you pay no agency mark-up. Prices can be shown in USD, GBP or EUR on the apartments pages.
How do I book?
Use the Book Now button anywhere on the site to reach our live availability calendar, or message the front desk on WhatsApp at +233 591 585 979 if you would rather talk it through first.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus MTN Mobile Money. Card payments are processed securely through our booking engine.
Do you offer rates for long stays or corporate bookings?
Yes. Many of our residences have full kitchens and are designed for stays of a week or longer. Contact reservations with your dates and headcount and we will quote accordingly.
Your stay
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Reception is staffed 24 hours, so late arrivals are never a problem — tell us your flight and we will expect you.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, high-speed WiFi throughout the property at no charge — in your apartment, the lounge, the conference hall and by the pool.
Is parking available?
Yes, secure on-site parking for guests, with security on the gate around the clock.
Do the apartments have kitchens?
Most do. Standard rooms are hotel rooms; from the one-bedroom apartments upward you get a fitted kitchenette or full kitchen, which is what makes a longer stay comfortable.
Is housekeeping included?
Yes, daily housekeeping is included in every rate.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Every room and apartment is air-conditioned.
On the property
What is on site?
An infinity pool, a 24-hour gym, the restaurant, the Pool Bar and BBQ, Altitude Sky Bar on the roof, Ground Zero lounge bar, Terminal 3 Club, and a 230-seat conference hall. You do not need a taxi to reach any of it.
Can I use the pool and gym?
Yes, both are open to guests of the residences. The gym is accessible around the clock.
Do you have space for events or conferences?
The Ridge Condos Hotel Conference Hall seats 230, with projector and screen, PA, microphones, staging, video conferencing, air conditioning and on-site catering. We also host weddings, training days and product launches.
Is food available all day?
Yes. The restaurant serves through the day, the Pool Bar and BBQ runs from lunch to sundown, and Altitude Sky Bar offers dining with rooftop views in the evening.
Getting here & travel
Where exactly are you?
No. 1 Kwabena Sarpong Drive, on the Ridge in Kumasi — roughly five minutes from the city centre and close to Kumasi Airport. See our Getting Here page for directions and transfer times.
Can you arrange an airport pickup?
Contact reservations before you travel with your flight details and we will advise on transfers.
Do I need a visa to visit Ghana?
Most visitors need a visa. Requirements change, so check with the Ghanaian mission in your country or the official Ghana Immigration Service before booking flights.
Is a yellow fever certificate required?
Ghana requires proof of yellow fever vaccination on arrival. Bring your certificate with your passport.
